The Browning-Smith PC Law Firm is honored to say that it has been working with those who create since 2000, and exclusively with those who create and innovate for the past 10 years. There probably isn’t one type of art, hobby or craft that we have not worked with in some manner. While representing clients of all sizes, we enjoy working as a team with our clients to help them anticipate and address situations before they become problems. Our firm handles business needs relating to copyright, trademark, cyberlaw and licensing.

What is the biggest problem your clients face?
The biggest issue facing our niche clientele remains anticipation. It is a challenge to both create and anticipate the problems a business could encounter.

Why should business owners attend your webinar?
This short and information-packed webinar will give attendees checklists and guidelines for utilizing new and expanding avenues for marketing – online promotions, giveaways, contests and prizes. This “win a prize” marketing strategy is wildly successful! However, businesses need to be aware of the requirements and concerns raised by this strategy.
