CHA is pleased to announce several technology programs designed to enhance trade show experiences for both attendees and exhibitors at the CHA 2012 Winter Conference & Trade Show. CHA’s 2012 Winter Show mobile app offers on-the-go access to CHA Show information. ShowBiz Connections provides matchmaking and appointment scheduling between exhibitors and attendees. A live webcast of CHA’s Industry Awards ceremony and new State of the Industry event, coupled with free WiFi in the Anaheim Convention Center public areas, will enhance connections made at the CHA Winter Show held in Anaheim, Calif., January 29 through February 1.
The CHA 2012 Winter Show mobile app is for I-phone, Android and BlackBerry users, providing easy access to Show information including session schedules, exhibitor profiles with booth directory, shuttle schedules, surveys and more. The CHA app also features real-time Show updates and alerts.
Other technology features include the ShowBiz Connections program that helps increase exhibitor and attendee success by matching exhibitors with event attendees based on similar interests and resources. This program allows both exhibitors and attendees to schedule appointments based on their matches.
Additionally, CHA will feature a live webcast of the State of the Industry – The New Creative Consumer event featuring an Industry Awards ceremony, breakfast and a discussion about the new creative consumer. In this Show-opening event, CHA’s community of members will be able to listen to industry leaders share their perspectives on the current consumer climate and how influencers like the economy and social media have impacted behavior.
