Scottsdale, Arizona (April 26, 2010) Terri O, creator of Super Simple Living and www.terriocraftprojects.com is competing in a crafty contest to raise awareness for two charities: Smiles for Sophie Forever (www.smilesforsophie/blogspot.com), a foundation confronting pediatric brain cancer, and A Spark of Hope (www.asparkofhope.com), which provides support for families of children with pediatric blood cancers.
Terri O is competing with four other well-known, professional designers to create beautiful, easy-to-duplicate, summer, eco-friendly tablescapes using UGlu Dashes and UGlu Adhesives, a new adhesive from MACtac –for use in scrapbooking and home improvement projects. Consumer online votes pick the winning designer, with participating consumers entered into a sweepstakes to receive a $1,000 cash prize.
The contest starts Saturday, May 1, 2010 and runs through July 31, 2010 on www.scrapbooks.com and www.diyideas.com. Consumers will be able to visit either website and vote on which tablescape they like best. At the same time, they will be entering a sweepstakes to win $1,000. There is no cost to vote or to enter for a chance to win.
