CHA Member Flower Soft, based in the UK, announced today that they are launching Flower Soft TV. Flower Soft TV is presented by Noreen McKie and each week they will present a 40 minute program designed to inspire viewers. In honor of their launch, Flower Soft held a contest and chose a winner for simply signing up online to receive updates on future programs.
